Burns Posted January 17, 2007 Report Posted January 17, 2007 can anyone think of a car that would have fully reclining seats that might be down the scrappers for pennies? i'm scheming and looking for some that would be possible to sleep on (long story) and havn't got bundles of cash. not bothered what they look like as long as they're comfy and can be reclined flat. any suggestions guys? thanks
Admin Mk2Jo Posted January 17, 2007 Admin Report Posted January 17, 2007 Go down to your local scrappy or ring them up and find out ..... most cars have fully reclining seats I would have thought

Admin Mk2Jo Posted January 17, 2007 Admin Report Posted January 17, 2007 you can see how often i get down there can't you cheers jo I dunno, you young'uns .... I'm from the olden days when you used to spend many an hour at the week-ends climbing up and down piles of scrap Fords looking for vital parts and bolt on goodies .... that was in the day before health & safety took over and you could just go in there with your toolbox and help yourself, teetering precariously on the top car of a 3 car pile Try www.yell.com and search for scrap merchants or scrap cars or something like that in your area

The yards round here only stack them two high. its just not the same
