boXXer Posted January 17, 2011 Report Posted January 17, 2011 Does anyone have a rough drawing/guide how to set up a 24 volt starting system on a car? bearing in mind the alternator is 12v, how do you charge just the main battery, and not both of them? Reason i ask is, my car HAS to use a Escos Starter motor, but no-one seems to do a high torque one, so my car wont start as the voltage drop to the ecu wont fire the injectors unless the plugs are out! i know mk1gaz had it on his blue escort.... any help would be great.
