Guest MK1gaz Posted January 18, 2007 Report Posted January 18, 2007 Looks awsome.......so need a set of them wheels They fit straight on as well as the offsets good unlike superlites
CéDriC Posted January 18, 2007 Report Posted January 18, 2007 lazer wheels were 6s,they look like lazer wheels because of the thicker walls on the wheels, the 7 and 7.5s were part of the series x option range It's what i mean...
Guest MK1gaz Posted January 19, 2007 Report Posted January 19, 2007 Cheers gaz i only use car when its dry most of the time so perhaps i should get a set of 7,s and slap some slicks on that will sort out the probs cheers Yes mate you don't need massive wide tyres for traction , i had a mid-engineed car with 10 inch wide rear tyres on it and my escort runs the same 60 foot times as that did . Also look at the UK's fastest escorts in both , N.A. + turbo set ups . ALL of them are using skinny rubber but still get the job done . Also big heavy wide wheels and tyres slow you down once moving compared to lightweight skinney 13's and 175 's
105Nick Posted January 19, 2007 Report Posted January 19, 2007 Gaz m8 that thing looks sweet I really wanna keep my Mk1 now
seanbob Posted January 19, 2007 Report Posted January 19, 2007 Don't like them at all because of the thicker spokes as i think has been mentioned, they look like a refurb and anyone upon looking at your car would notice it as being a (rather expensive) immitation

He's only got a few so don't all dilly + dally for too long
