jamjar1383 Posted March 18, 2011 Report Posted March 18, 2011 hi guys, just joined and thought i'd say hi I've had a few old fords since passing my test but for the last 6 or 7 years I've had nothing but french diesels. I'm now in a position to buy another old car and decided it has to be a mk1 fiesta, i am a mechanic by trade so will be doing all work myself and will need bits of advice from those of you that have already done the things i plan to do. cheers dai

jamjar1383 Posted May 14, 2011 Author Report Posted May 14, 2011 some time has passed since i joined and after getting messed around by 1 bloke on a mk1 fiesta and missing other by just hours i finally bought an old ford. a 1985 mk3 escort 3dr dunno if this classes as a osf or not but its got the same 1.1 as a mk1 fiesta so i may need some advice on uppgrades as i go. pic
