twink i had one off those metal sheds come garage , had it 28 years ,just got it removed , all the time i had it no maitenance got it for my 13th birthday present from me mum it used to get littl condensation in it but think that was because water was getting under the metal base would get one again ,loads off nuts and bolts m8 to put together and srews ,good luck
