Garage/Unit/Workshop area to rent, Southampton area

I cant find an appropriate place to post this so i've put it here;

 

My mate has some space in a large barn/garage in Chandlers Ford/Eastleigh area (near Southampton). He has three 20ft x 10ft spaces to rent for £80 a month for each space. I’ll be working on my MK4 Cortina there too. If you’re interested just PM me your phone number and I shall pass it to Malcolm (it’s his yard).
