This should be an early car around March 1973.

mrcheese Posted May 6, 2011 Report Posted May 6, 2011 Hey thats a very rare car, I know this as mines a spcl campain purple a sport too! The first batch of 1300e's were built and then send down to the avo factory for the paint job along side the mexico's. The build dates for these were mostly 1972 so tax free ( though they were given l registrations) they were also used as demonstraters at the dealers to show what the 1300e would be like. I have been told a few times that there is only a handfull of these still left, hope this helps
kenny james Posted May 8, 2011 Report Posted May 8, 2011 Hi, I also have one 100% 1.3E. SPCL CAMPAIGN, chassi information and at the bottom of the tag PURPLE A SPORT. Theres still a few about so I dont think they are very rare - yet. Kenny ps wait till you see the log book it states "base"
