What diff oil do I need?

Hi! After a wee spell away I'm back into working at the escort lol, it's just a waste sitting in the garage doing nothing plus it seemed rude not to stick in a lsd that I had, trouble is does anybody know what diff oil I need for an english axle limited slip diff? It's just a normal one ie not a plate type or anything fancy, Cheers
