Sunday 19th June - West Cumbria Motor Club Autosolo

As a committee member for the West Cumbria Motorsport Club I would like to invite any member of the Fiesta MK1 Forum along to the next round of our Autosolo Championship.

 

Autosolos can be entered by competition cars or normal road cars (as long as they are taxed, MOT'd and insured) and take place on sealed tarmac surfaces. You will only go forwards in autosolos, no reversing and you never need to use your handbrake. The course is marked out with numbered gates and you have to get around the course without incident. You are timed and the lowest time after all tests are completed is deemed the winner.

 

Our next autosolo round is on Sunday 19th June and will take place at Kirkbride Airfield in Cumbria, just 15 miles West of Junction 44 on the M6.

Membership is £12, and it is £15 for the Autosolo.

 

Payments will need to be in by Tuesday 14th June.

It is also worth mentioning that all the entry fees are going towards Support Our Soldiers, a charity which provides support for members of the British Armed Forces on overseas operations and their families at home.

 

A very worthy cause.
