Had my day in court

Been to court today and represented myself and showed loads of evidence to the court,pleaded guilty and argued a point of law. The court decided that i had been in contrevention of the law but had done so unintentionally due my company rules.

i was issued £135 fine and no points....result

 

The other driver (who got stopped 2 weeks after me) showed no evidence and pleaded not guilty . He got £360 fine and 3 points.

i parked on one a few months ago now, got a pic sent through and a £60 fine quite lucky to get away with just that now i guess
