Big_man Posted August 31, 2011 Report Posted August 31, 2011 Wasn't too sure which room to put this in Well I think its the turbo any way? Earlier on this evening I took the fez out for a spin and as I was driving along I put my right foot through the floor and she boosted hard and as I changed gear there was no dump valve noise and after that she wouldn't boost. The vacume bit on the boost gauge still moves but wont even go past 1 psi, I checked the turbo, no oil leaks etc everything seems to be in tact. I havn't got a clue what could be wrong???? its a cvh efi lump. Any direction is appriciated thanks Shaun
Big_man Posted August 31, 2011 Author Report Posted August 31, 2011 what about the actuator I never gave it a right good look at as engine was still red hot. Do you think it could be stuck leaving the wastegate open?
