Which is better to fit, a bolt on one or a weld on one.

Which gives the most strength/support?

weld on 1 is the best to go for

For hard road/track use Ive found a quality bolt on strut brace will do the job fine,as regards to a weld on type (I take it you mean the mounting plates for the cross bar welded to the top plates)just as good but will need extra work to redo your paintwork after welding!

Im going to be having the engine bay repainted anyway so thats why im deciding first which is the best route
