mrprecovery Posted November 1, 2011 Report Posted November 1, 2011 Well my cortina has gone and iv got my recovery truck. I will be doing all types of recovery from crash pick ups to eBay buys. I'm fully insured under my traders policy and because we have re-trimed a couple of real cobras the insurance is upto 250,000 I'm located in Essex near Chelmsford but will go pretty much anywhere. The truck can carry pretty much most things under large van size as it has a wide bed. Give me a text, call for a quote 07837281686 Or you can email me mrprecovery@hotmail.co.uk Thanks lee
Savvi Posted November 5, 2011 Report Posted November 5, 2011 Although others on here may know you well, it might be worth putting up some pics of our truck showing work you have done and cars carried & maybe some feedback from prvious customers ? I know i'd be very wary of letting anyone carry my OSF's more then i would my everyday driver Good luck cos on the other hand id rather deal with someone who is used to working with older cars that would take more care then a normal recovery driver may
mrprecovery Posted November 5, 2011 Author Report Posted November 5, 2011 Ok mate thanks for the feedback I'll upload some pictures and get some comments on here from people who have used me.
mrprecovery Posted November 12, 2011 Author Report Posted November 12, 2011 Picked up two this morning. I know the omega ain't a osf but I thought It would show the size of my truck bed. It's also gonna be used for the drift nights at arena Essex. The second is a consul classic which hasn't been out the garage for 30 years.
Savvi Posted November 20, 2011 Report Posted November 20, 2011 Another suggestion as said above if you paid the small amount of a pound a month towards the upkeep of the site, might go down well with members as your effectivly advertising your business It's not a "have to" like most sites but 1 job will pay for it and it's a tight nitt community on here. Have a look here £12 for the year is peanuts. http://www.oldskoolford.co.uk/osfv2/the ... f/join-now
