Did i once see a photo of a mk1 escort with a mk1 golf front splitter?

 

As I remember it looked quite good, and ive found one on ebay im tempted at buying, but wanted to make sure it was a mk1 golf item not something else

seen a picture and someone said it was a mk1 golf one, looked awesome, i like them ones, bit i like this one more as its abit thinner (and cheaper)

No thats not the correct one, the one in that link is a "CL" spoiler and is only about 2" deep, and the one on the MK1 in that Picture is simular to the MK1 Duckbill spoiler. Duckbills are more expensive and are 2 piece
