Hello WPE , welcome to our room , thanks for asking for our advice & we will do our upmost to answer your questions,

On the subject of getting old , physically there is no cure as time waits for no man , but mentally there,s a couple of things you can do to stay young in mind,

firstly try and not get in any indepth conversations with early Anglia 105e owners , Ford introduced the name Anglia in 1939 and i find some (and i must emphasise the word 'SOME' meaning not all ) of the owners are Grumpy as if they are still in that year of depressing lack of money and world war 2 becoming a reality ,

secondly try and keep your dress attire up with the times , look at the picture below and you will see smart jeans , leather belt , cap sleeve T shirt , items like these will keep you young in mind,

On sore feet , this is normally associated with people who frequent places of hard ground & surfaces,

so if your workplace or places you visit do not have carpet or grassland you need to look at your footwear , now health & safety may dictate your footwear at work but when visiting places like Boxhill & santa pod you will benefit by wearing the items in the picture below ,

you will find these in the Burton catalogue reasonably priced

hope this helps , oh by the way when i said Burton i did mean menswear not power , sorry for any confusion on that point.....
