Alternators for Pintos

Hi, me again with another question,

Does anyone know if an alternator from an '87 2.0L Pinto will fit on a '77 1.6L Pinto?

Yes. It may even be better as later cars had more electrical equipment so it may have a slightly higher output. Check that it has the same connections
