They look like early Midlands wheels castings (in 7J) as the valve is in-between the spokes instead of at the end of them like the originals. Though looking at Midland's website the photos of the current offerings also show the valve connection at the end of the spoke. Offset? Dunno but I think they only do them in one offset, ET 6 which is almost the same as the original 7J RS alloy (ET 5)
