Id want the scratches removed and repainted by the bloke who painted it first time round for that price :mrgreen::mrgreen:

 

 

T'is quite nice though, although if someone buys it I see it being sat in the garage another 40 years only being used once a year when its sunny :roll::ykt:

yes it will sit in a garage because if you pay that much for it and start using it, it will half in value in a year :shock::sad:

it sold at kings lynn auction on saturday , im waiting for the prices to come on the website as i didnt get there to see it . yea was at cf show it not immaculate as you would expect for that money and its a more door whos gona pay 20k in this climate

how would it be worth 20,000!?? its still only a 4dr mk1 escort! not even a very tidy looking one at that to be honest haha.

I recon someone would pay £20k for it, if it had every trick bit imaginable, a turbo'd cossy putting out mental amounts of power, and a set of wide wheels.

 

But standard, as everyone says, no chance :?

107 miles dry stored yer right original ha ha you could park your bike in the door to wing gap on the passenger side the bonnet don't fit osf corner. then the door painted in the wrong colour there wern't many other colours like that back than has that colour was an optional extra. can you hear that BIRD in the back ground

thats just the thing, iv seen ones which look better that have 80,000 on the clock haha. some people just live in a dream world, if anyone payed more than £6,000 for that they need there head looking at in my opinion. id rather spend 20,000 on a lotus tina or something hahaha.

There is 2 shades of tawny brown believe it or not :lol: They picked the wrong one, clearly :mrgreen:

 

Theres Tawny and Tawney (the 'e' makes a difference according to NRP where i got my paint from :? ) :lol:
