onlyrwd Posted October 15, 2012 Report Posted October 15, 2012 Hi Im Mick 38 from Lincolnshire. I was on a few years ago with a MK2 Cortina...2004/5 I think. I have had many Mk1 and 2 Escorts back when they were £100 bangers but have always wanted a good MK1. My dad owned a 1300 Sport in the late 70's and I loved it! After looking at a few and seeing the prices getting a good one isnt going to be easy but I have a plan.. In about 18 months Im moving to Austrailia and even though they are quite scarce down there they are far far cheaper and dont seem to be as rusty! Add to this I have seen an N reg white RS2000 turn up where I work with OSK stickers on, it prompted me to sign up again. I havent met the owner yet but its in daily use.
