Tel1972 Posted November 19, 2012 Report Posted November 19, 2012 Hi, I am looking into the cost of insurance while my car is off the road for the winter, is it worthwhile? Or just keep my normal fully comp? Cheers
Admin Vista Posted November 20, 2012 Admin Report Posted November 20, 2012 Why don't you ask in the various insurance rooms to see what sort of difference it makes? Personally I keep mine insured all year round so that I can take it out on a dry day in the winter if I want to.
SebringRS Posted November 20, 2012 Report Posted November 20, 2012 My RS is all stripped out in the garage (has been for 4 years), thats on "laid-up cover" i think they call it £50 for the year Covers it for theft, fire damage etc. I believe

Or just keep my normal fully comp?Cheers Hi, Feel free to give us a try if you like. We have got several schemes for vehicles that are laid up. If you wanted to PM me your details I'd be happy to get one of my quotes team to give you a call back. Regards, Dan.
