Asmany folk as possibles attention , and really have to watch what

I'm writing as he simply takes people to court for slander if they post bad things about his work although iv had about 20 msgs from people with the same problems so I'm trying to gather info before it goes to court

But, if you're convinced you're in the right and he's ripped you off then why don't you take a leaf out of his book and take him to court for your money back? The small claims court isn't a complicated or expensive solution and you don't need a solicitor to represent you (though it helps). In which case you need to stop doing / writing things that might prejudice your case against him

Believe me I know enough dodgy stuff about some very famous engine builders, having been stung more than once, it's a case of put up or shut up or take em to court, plastering ebay with ad's certainly won't help.

 

He could use it against to portray it as a vendetta.

I'm in the middle of starting a business renovating a house and working a full time job

The money isn't the issue anymore and iv had three folk all with 2.8 I say they were going to use him but not now , so average at even 2 k each it's cost him more already ,

 

Tbh I'm just enjoying the laugh like he did at my expense

looking at the advert again, you are asking people to ring his business and waste his time. even if they dont ring he could say they did and send you a bill for it. i would remove that advert before he sees it or someone that knows him see it.

He's had it removed so it's getting changed slightly and going back up ,

it's only potential buyers I'm asking to call it , even of he does send me a bill I will pay it at one pound a week as this is all i can afford at the time and i will still cost him more in the mean time ,

If you take him to small claims and you have put it all over the net, it maybe frowned upon if he produces copies of your posts.

By the time I go to court how many thousands of folk will have heard about this , ps it's on every forum and going on many more like Tvr v8 ones later etc ,

 

Theres over 30 now told me their story all basically the same as mine and 3 said they have changed their mind about using him for work I recon he has already lost more than I ever did , I'm going to keep at it if you work for any magazines please get in touch and we can sort something out

Good luck with that. Specialised Engines advertises in most of the Ford mags so I can't see any of the mags damaging a revenue stream by taking up your case. Especially as they could end up being sued themselves.

They were great when I recently went to them about a crooked estate agent. He paid up without us having to go to court.

been there with a company before , took three years countless calls lawyers ,things going missing in the post etc etc etc and ultimately i won but no one else knew about it at least this way he gets the hassle and it wont go away till he at least replys , i honestly cant believe the amount of people who have been screwed over by him and just given up through fear of going to court , i honestly reckon he has lost more then me already but he will continue to loose untill the car sells and it wont sell untill he fixes it

 

the money to me is trivial as i still have a job thats getting work im posting my for sale add on every owners club possible before doing all the mags etc please share with any other forums you guys use just copy and paste this link

could any of you guys please take 5 minutes of your life to email me at jamiefkennedy@live.co.uk with your bad experiences of specialised engines grays essex i have had around 50 people all say he was terrible but most have just given up so pleas as you will know all to well how much this guy can piss you off ,

 

hes got a King cheek " yes your honer i ripped at least these 50 men off now they are writing about me on the net" ,

 

ian if you read this for the hundreds of thousands of pounds you have ripped people off for and the stress hassle you have caused to folk like myself ,
