what are some good grippy tyres that won't break the bank?

 

i need some new 175 50 13's cos i've trashed my other set - again!!

 

i've got fuldas at the min and when i first used them they used to be good but when they warm up a bit they turn to jelly!

 

what do you guys reckon?

If you want a cheap tyre Yoko a539's are good road tyres in the dry and the wet.

 

Or if you want a really good tyre the a048r is excellent in the dry but not so good in the wet, but a little more expensive.
