SebringRS Posted February 26, 2013 Report Posted February 26, 2013 Well, been sorting out a stand for the Gaydon Old Ford Rally with help from Mk2Jo, basically I now have a club booking form and a individual car booking form Before I go ahead and book, just wanted to know numbers and how many would deffinately be interested so I don't under or over book Charge will be £5 per car, Jo has figured the best way to do it, is to send a cheque for that amount to me (along with completed entrants forms), made payable to "Old Skool Ford", which I will then send on to Jo and she will bank it etc. Cut off date for payments is going to be 1st June, so plenty of time Anyway...... 2nd page down http://www.heritage-motor-centre.co.uk/ ... e_2012.pdf Just got guage interest and numbers, let the list begin 1) SebringRS 2) Skippy 3) RossMk2 1

Skimmer Posted February 27, 2013 Report Posted February 27, 2013 Re the 5 quid is that the entrance to Gaydon/show or just to park on the OSF stand ......... ,only ask as its usually 10 or 15 quid to get in aint it ....

XjamesX Posted February 27, 2013 Report Posted February 27, 2013 Yeah it's a great day out I didn't go last year (we were in zakynthos so it's not all bad!), but went the year before (first show I ever took my escort to I think) and there was a great variety of cars, loads of consul capri's, corsairs etc as well as the usual suspects. I'd give it a few weeks tom, hopefully we can get a fair few more

I forgot to ask at the reception on our way out Was going to send them an email but might be worth someone asking when you's go

Contract Man Posted March 4, 2013 Report Posted March 4, 2013 I have been for the last 2 years and for a fiver you can't complain. The Auto jumble has got bigger each time, but from memory there was not alot of food stalls You can camp on the Saturday night which will be doing, but there is no entertainment, so you have to make your own like the Transit boys did one year Bob the organiser bet us we could not get 50 Corsairs there this year as its the 50th Anniversary.....

Im going to send the club stand application off at the end of the week, ill put a note on saying we estimate about 15 cars, should give us plenty of space then plus room for a few more if they want to join 1
