Smoking giving up

cold turkey thats me I gave up last sunday just STOPPED .

 

Probs I’m having is going all into one keeping me awake well waking me up at 4am then thats my sleeping pattern fooked.

 

One other thing I have noticed food tastes better and cups of tea taste stronger .

 

I used to be about 20 ish a day man

 

Bloody hell mate, giving up the fags,cutting back on the stella's ,looking at

 

nasty bib spoilers for your van, some life style changes going on here !
