anyone got any ideas on how i can get insured. i wana change my engine to a crossflow but dont think anyone will insure me as im only 17 and if they do it will be for stupid money

If I were you mate, I'd consider the possibility of taking your car off the road, and doing everything you want to to it, take your time and do it right.. By the time you've finished and are ready to insure it, hopefully you'll be more like 18/19

If it's the same 100e i saw at the Ace before christmas it doesn't need anything else doing to it looked fooooking perfect :wink:

Why not give a few insurance companys a call and price it up,if your going for a x flow stick a 1300 in with some engine mods as this will help keep the cost of insurance down,you'll be supprised how well a 1300 will go if built to a good standard :wink:

cheers everyone yer i think i mite use it for a bit till im older then take it off the road to do the mods. i am happy with way it looks but i need more power :evil::D

i spoke to the insurence compeny and im just waiting for them to get back to me on a quote with a 1300 crossflow hopfully it wont be to expensive
