t1ny Posted March 22, 2013 Report Posted March 22, 2013 hi guys, names luke from hastings, I was pointed this way by my friend scott(he's currently restoring his mk1 escort) and thought i'd come look around i'm on the look out for a mk1/2 fiesta to get as a project, this isn't a wanted add but ifu wanna pm me feel free lol, I've had a fair few fords before but fancy a little fiesta to turn into a fun car....plus it's always good to save 1 from the scrappers huh? i'm looking at spending around £300 on the car it's self(with or without an engine) and put it in my garage to do as a build, looking at engine choices also, i'm thinking about a 2ltr zetec with bike carbs, opinions and suggestions welcome, wanna stay carbed if poss as it's simpler and looks more tidy 'wire' wise, input welcome
Admin Vista Posted March 22, 2013 Admin Report Posted March 22, 2013 Welcome to OSF Luke Have a look in our Old Skool cars for sale forum, there's a very nice yellow mk1 in there just now but it's hardly what could be called a project, a lot higher than your budget toop but perhaps an example to aspire to?
