OSFDC Round 1 - Sun 21st April - R.S. Central Day

So, we have our very first round of the 2013 season of the Old Skool Ford Drag Challenge (O.S.F.D.C.) this Sunday at Santa Pod during the RS Central Show.        This our 8th year of running the event and hopefully the biggest yet!    Once again we have the full support of Classic Ford Magazine who will be covering all 7 rounds in their magazine.

 

For those that have followed us on here and in the mag you will know that all newcomers are welcome and that you don't need a big ££££ racer to take part.    We have all makes and models from 1.1 Fiesta's to Cossie powered monsters and our handicap system enables everyone to compete on an even ground.

 

You will be most welcome to join us on Sunday and if you just want to pop along to find out what goes on then make sure you come over and find us and have a chat.

 

If you want to take part or have been thinking about it, just turn up on the day and come and find me or Ali (oddball) and we will help you to take those first steps into drag racing.    We have a number of OSFDC newbies who will be there so you won't be on your own.

 

If you are not able to take part then we would be really pleased to see you there supporting our racers at the side of the track.

I have a few spare stand passes if anyone wants one pm me with your address .... first come first served. The club stand is primarily for those on OSFDC but we can squeeze a few statics in .... you still need to pay entry to the show but wont have to park in the main car park.

Snap mate i put my mexico back on the road and it then dropped all its engine oil bloody good job i checked it before i left this morning, and went up in my mates daily instead.
