BaileyMex Posted May 30, 2013 Report Posted May 30, 2013 Well I had Colin from Ashton Mobile booked in yesterday to give the Mex an oil service and tune up before the weekend as it was running rough. Well.....to say the poor girl needed TLC would be an understatement, tappets out, timing out, webers balanced all over the place. Plus further diagnosis revealed a small split in a servo hose, blown centre gasket on the manifold, and a balance screw (I think) totally missing off the webers all added up to making it impossible to tune up properly, he had to drive all the way to Brixton to get this poxy little screw this morning only to come straight back over today I went out after work and BOOM it started on the button and purred like a tiger waiting to get it's oats Without Col's help it would not be going anywhere!!
