Mk2 Escort Van - Ubolt tightening torques

Hi guys.  Something that's been playing on my mind since fitting lowering blocks to the Van; how tight should the Ubolts go?  At the time I just tightened them up to "Good 'n' Tight", but I've started to doubt myself.  Is there a specified torque setting for them, or am I just being obsessive?

I did mine up tight-ish, then after driving the car for a few weeks I noticed a squeeking noise from the rear end. Just assumed it was nothing. Whilst polishing the underneath of my car this weekend I thought Id check the u bolt nuts. They were quite loose. Iv now done them up F***ing Tight.
