Steering Wheel ID

Hi folks,

 

When I got my Capri, it had this steering wheel fitted.

 

I assume it's an aftermarket wheel, but does anyone know what it is?

I'm only on my phone atm but that looks like a std wheel with a different centre cap. I remember the flag symbol from my childhood and I think you could buy them separately coz I had that symbol on a gearknob back in the 80's.

i agree with mk2 v6,but didnt they have them in the mk2 escort sport as well?

Its a standard Capri steering wheel.  That centre cap was used for a short time around 1975/1976 and came on the Capri S and the MK2 Escort Sport.
