Its been a while.... My 2.8i - on the road at last AGAIN!

This is the original thread I posted when I was all enthusiastic about my (then newly purchased) Capri. Embarasssingly this was nearly 6 years ago.... It was always meant to be a "long term" project... Honest!

So - Its been a long while since I posted anything on here, mainly because since 2007 I bought a house, put the Capri in the garage, got married, put stuff in the garage on top of the Capri. Forgot about the Capri for a while... Had two Children.... vaguley remembered i had a Capri. Dug it out of the garage, turbo'd it. MOT'd, taxed, insuread it. Drove it a couple of times...... and then put it back in the garage (where it currently resides - although its all legal and ready to go when I want it now )

 

Other than the engine the only other changes from the pics in 2007 are the wheels (now runs 15" 7 spokes) and a newer/Mint RS steering wheel.

 

 

 

 

I shall try and ensure I visit, participate & update a bit more regularly from now on!
