clear lenses on red mex?

Does anybody have a picture of a red mk1 with white mex stripes and clear front indicators?

 

im having a go at reconditioning my front indicators and cant decide on orange lenses, clear lenses or hillman imp units

firstly apologies if the car in the pic ive been messing with belongs to anybody here but its the closest thing i have to what mine will (hopefully) look like

 

what are peoples views on the round indicator setup, i know some people will be infuriated that i could even consider messing with fords original design... but i quite like it so

I quite like the round ones too from the front but I'd like to see them from the side to see how much they stick out. Are they similar to old mini ones?

not too sure at the moment, just browsing ebay to try and find some that would be suitable

unfortunately the ones i found and used in the pic measure 70mm across which are way too big (i think they are meant for a kit car of some sort)

your car fella so fit what you like, I think the orange round units look good with round h/lights, so maybe original units with rectangular h/lights if you have them?

toms got some spare landy ones there round an very cheap new but mk1 indicators look best imo I regretted fitting works ones to the yellow one

hmmm will perhaps decide a bit nearer the time, better get the rest of the car finished first
