The date for this years show is Sunday 31st August 2014 This year the show has moved from Prescott Hill Climb to the Shelsley Walsh Hill Climb in Worcestershire (which was recenty featured on Top Gear a few weeks ago) and has the claim to fame of being the oldest motor sport venue in continuous use in the world! Shelsley Walsh Hill ClimbShelsley WalshWorcestershireWR6 6RP Its a great show and has alot going on, including the opportunity to run your car up the hill and i'm sure anyone on here who has been before will agree it is one of the highlights of the show calander. We had a stand last year with approximately 20 cars, which was the limit per club, however this year with the new venue there is no limit to the amount of cars we can have on our stand, so hopefully we can get a really good turn out Here is a thread from last years OSF attendents to wet your appetite :- http://www.oldskoolford.co.uk/ipb/index.php?/topic/74744-retro-rides-gathering-pics/ Here is a video to promote this years show with footage from the 2013 show which I suggest taking a look at if your unsure weather to attend or not :- The organisers have asked that in general stand cars must be pre 1995 I believe, however for the OLD SKOOL FORD stand we will be only catering for cars that the forum allows. So, models that were in UK production prior to 1980 (though we do also like to see similarly aged US, Australian and European Fords). This encompassed up to and including Mk2 Escorts, Mk3 Capris, Mk1 Fiestas, Mk2 Granadas and Mk5 Cortinas, plus any earlier models. Basically no mk3/4/5 escorts, sierra's and mk2/3/4/5 fiestas etc thanks. This list is for stand passes, you will still need to buy tickets or pay on the gate (£10 I believe). There will be no charge for the passes, however there will be a small charge to cover postage So add your name to list with the number of stand passes you require and preferable what car you will be coming in so we can see how its shaping up Thanks
