Hi all,

 

I'm on the hunt for my old mk2 escort back that I stupidly sold about 10 years ago, I came over this forum in the process so thought I'd give it a go.

 

I'd love to buy the old mk2 back but it's a long shot so if it fails in be buying another mk2 when one comes up. My old ones registration was WFT 831T 2.0 pinto engine light silvery blue in colour roll cage rs2000 alloys and and exhaust that would wake the dead. Like I say long shot but got to try because it's the only real regret in my life. I was going to contact DVLA but don't think they will give me anything on the registered owner.

 

Anyway I look forward to being part of the forum and having another old school Ford

The car you're looking for is WFT831T? According to the DVLA it's silver and hasn't been taxed since 1991, given the CC of 2792 that sounds more like a mk2 2.8 Granada?

I could of sworn that was the registration, I will have to check out some photos from a friend when I get home in a few weeks. For now I will keep searching for anything else that comes along. I'd love to buy a nice mk2 and am willing to spend about 10k if anyone's thinking of selling.
