Admin Mk2Jo Posted July 30, 2014 Admin Report Posted July 30, 2014 We have a club stand there with 57 cars and there is a Classic Ford mag stand with old skool stuff on it plus a variety of other clubs but it is mostly a sea of plastic there. There's usually a good auto jumble area and some good racing on track

It's always seems to be the same day as the cortina nationals at Stratford upon Avon which is a great show (not just cortinas, lots of lovely old fords) so I'll be there again this year 1

I've been a few times but haven't been the last couple of years. <br /><br />Good points: <br />Its MASSIVE! <br />Very large auto jumble. <br />OSF stand growing each year. <br />Lots to watch on track. <br /><br />Bad points. <br />Huge queues getting in. (Took me two hours of queuing last time) <br />There is a never ending line of blue and green focusesess and other new stuff. <br /><br />I reckon its worth going at least once so you can make your own mind up.

mk2 mike Posted July 31, 2014 Report Posted July 31, 2014 When I use tapatalk and I use 'return' to start a new paragraph it shows up as 'Br' which I assume means line break rather than actually spacing a new line. I haven't seen it on anyone else's posts so must just be something with my phone? Anyway sorry for the hijack Cowen99. Are you going to FF?

texr2000 Posted August 1, 2014 Report Posted August 1, 2014 As said Ford Fair can be a good day out if you like a Mix of New and Old Fords. I havnt been since 2008 when I had a mk1 Focus RS and was on their stand. The convoy there was cool with 47 cars. If you like right mix of modified cars then you can do friday/sat at the POD at Ultimate Street Car then Sunday at Ford Fair. Did that back in 2004/5 when I was 18 in My Escort, didnt beat much up the strip with a 1300GT lump but the odd plasic Corsa saw the back end of my Escort haha
banarama Posted August 2, 2014 Report Posted August 2, 2014 used to go every year up to last couple of years, to much modern stuff, line loads of focuses fiesta sts ,not my type of fords . cant really get close to the track action. used to like the 0 yo 60 . it will look like theres not much there its such a wide area
