I have taken the car as far as I am prepared to go and don't want to do anything else to it. The car is quite well know on the forum and has been around for a while. I bought the car as a standard, low mileage 1.1L in 2008 and have done the following since then 1700 crossflow built by Mike Stewart Performance Engineering with machining and dynoing done at AGRA Race Engines in Dundee - made 138bhp at the flywheel on the test rig. Twin Weber 40 carburettors with mesh filters Bestek electronic ignition set up with 90deg Bosch cap Magnecor leads Stud and nut head conversion Felpro Competition Head Gasket Steel rocker posts Kent 234 cam Triple seat stainless valves Alloy rocker cover Lightened and balanced bottom end AP racing clutch Custom built 4 speed XR2 gearbox with S1 RST LSD Full Ashley exhaust system with wrapped manifold Custom built high capacity radiator Custom oil breather pot and assembly Facet electric fuel pump with Filter King regulator fitted in the engine bay AVO coilovers on the front with matching shocks and springs on the rear XR2 front hubs and calipers Vented discs Goodridge braided hoses all round Adjustable panhard rod New drums and shoes on the rear Polybushed all round - Superflex bushes, not the cheaper copies Diamond cut Supersport alloys with new 175/50 Yokohamas Complete respray over the winter in the original Ford Titan Blue. Original Ford wings 4 spoke RS steering wheel 90 spec ( I think) Recaro front seats 4x Ford mats Black and silver pressed plates - original white and yellow pressed plates also come with the car I can't think of much else but I know that there is more. I will amend the advert as I recall stuff. This is a serious sale and there will be very little if any movement on the price. Car drives very well both when pottering around town as well as when being pushed on. Serious enquiries only please. As for the sale price - not a question I would answer to a stranger with no interest in the car to be honest. Nowhere near what it cost to build. Nuff said.
