Rite, its time i changed my daily driver, befofe my r#v#r goes bang,

 

would like to get another ford to go with my mk1 tina, fancy a late 70s/early 80s cortina or capri, up to 1600cc, only problem is i've only got £1000 to spend, been looking for one, but all the semi decent one's seem to go for more than that,

 

will i get one for that sort of money or am i wasting my time? anyone got any views on this, also has anyone got one for sale?

No mate you can get a 1.6 capri LS for under a grand or a laser , Mk5 Tinas go for less than a grand too , its just about looking and auto trader is a good source of cars that are with people outside the scene hence cheaper

i bet you could fins an old boy with a mk5 tina and get it at a good price

either that or a granada they go for very little and are right work horses

my capper is/was half decent... little tatty maybe but bodily and mechanically solid. cost me 570 off ebay
