Evening,

can anyone let me know where I can get a throttle pedal for the below set up where the cable comes out of the top of the bulkhead between the wing and the bonnet hinge. pics of the throttle pedal would be great and a link would be even better, thank in advance

I may be wrong but the throttle cable shouldn't come out there - its meant for the bonnet release as the first three piccies? Surely it should be through the bulkhead inline with the pedal - even if it comes out below the carbs, it can snake up and around the front carb up onto the top?

the problem I have is my brake reservoirs are the same as the last pic, and it sits right inline with the throttle pedal, don't really want to move the pots so if I could modify the pedal I could work around it

driving me mad, wish I had done a proper dry build now lol

the pipe work is in the way of the throttle pedal I need to extend the pedal as there is not enough travel on the carbs (twin 48's) I have done as much adjustment carb end so the only option is to create more travel pedal end but that is clashing with pipes

Ill see if I can get a pick of the box tonight?

When I modded my pedal a few years ago I welded A length of studding to end of pedal, combined with a sytec twin cable block gave me a rock solid mount with nuts either side of block securing it in place with loads of adjustment.

Maybe of some help, the studding can be bent to suit.

well small update, I had a good long look around the pedal box to see if I can make this work. and in short I cant. :mad2:

so I have removed the front reservoir extended the original pedal, to give me more movement on the cable which should now give me fully open carbs.

So now I just need to relocate the reservoir pot, but it is so tight under there im not to sure where.

I was thinking to the other side buy the opposite bonnet hinge.

is there any issue running a long drip feed pipe?
