puting a pinto into a non pinto engine bay what to consider?

 I did a mk1 Cortina' about 5 years ago, used normal zetec 1800 flywheel and clutch, transit cct 33 thrust bearing, with type 9 box, used megajolt ECU with edis unit,, got adaptor plate for crossflow manifold and bolted  2litre Weber on it, went very well, you don't need to spend hundreds buying all proper bits if you' shop around  forums and websites,
