The car has silver Mexico graphics & polished & gold BBS alloys. The car is fitted with a stroked 2.2 Pinto on 48s, 5 speed box & semi floating rear end with Limited slip diff & rear disc conversion with Cosworth callipers. The car has reupholstered Fishnet Recaro’s & 4 spoke RS steering wheel. It has Bilstein suspension with Wilwood brake callipers on the front. Also taken were 2 sets of 3 door Cosworth rims, a set of mk2 RS2000 alloys & a 4 speed Quaife gearbox.

POSSIBLE SIGHTING:

 

A guy was driving up the m1, saw a mk2 with a tarp wrapped tight over it, but with wheels showing, on a flatbed possibly a merc sprinter cab. Was last Wednesday around 14:30 near Sheffield.
