Best you look at the Retroford sourced items - won't be for a Polo Rad but similar as their rad is same side outlets. If you don't want to pay the money its DIY time with silicone hoses and bends!

I sourced a Golf rad from early 1.4 maybe 1987 or similar , near enough exact size in width and slightly lower ,for  40 euro plus vat (40 pounds inc vat approx).Brand new GSF Car Parts jobbie, with outlets on correct side etc.22mm thickness so should be fine for orad use etc.Got great info here and Turbo forums re this rad /fitment etc

Just checked the retroford site. £180 for a set of hoses!! I'll be making my own then.

Same here .180 for hoses is robbery.!! and thats pounds so euro here in Dublin approx 240e. I have to work all day to earn that .

Seriously ? ? ?  A bespoke set of hoses for £170 when a set from Burton's for a Mk2 RS2000 would be around £110 odd. How may Retroford ones are sold compared to 2.0L Escort ones every year? Its all down to economies of scale - niche market with a niche product! I made mine up with straights, tees and bends - still cost about £120

Jeez, works ut expensive for hosing alone. I may have to bite the bullet and but RF ones but I am waiting until I have engine actually in situ.Still waiting on G19 engineering to finish the sump/delivery etc
