I have really clean ,rust free almost, Aussie import mk 2 escort 2 door.In Ireland approx 13 years.Structurally great ,Recently fitted 2.0 Zetec ,genuine 52k miles on engine incl new t belt and pump, with recon type 9.New lightweight flywheel, new clutch, alloy housing,G19 alloy sump,GRP4 Alloy rad/leccy fan.Evans waterless coolant.Engine bay rewired and modernised. NoDizPro mini ecu .Panhard rods and anti tramp kits fitted.Starts fine needs paintwork and finishing.New fr and rear screen rubbers.I am just too busy and getting near nothing done with it over past year or two.Currently Aussie Spruce sapphire metallic.Arches, sills, floor pans, wheel wells etc all excellent.Needs approx 3/4k to finish nicely.Shell is excellent with only repair needed at bottom of bubble.Recaro seats (Capri?) 4 Cibies, short front bumper.Double width GRP4 anti roll bar .GRP4 adj pedal box.Brake piping replaced. Retro Ford mounts and fan belt kit.DanST inlet manifold with R6 bike carbs (need tuning).Drives but needs finishing to road usable standards. Hi I have Aussie import mk2 2 door was 1.6 xflow now 20 zetec needs finishing but starting /driving{just about}.Really excellent shell ,mininium rust ,bootlid only really but I have one here.Needs brake upgrade, interior but I have two capri recaros fitted, needs paintwork to finish.I have too many projects mostly mx5 and corolls but I need to sell this on as no time to complete properly.Its in dublin but I have car lift. type 9 reconditioned, lightweiight flywheel, anti tramp bars, panhard , G19 alloy sump. DanST bike carbs/manifold.NoDizPro mini ecu for coilpack/timing etc.Zetec phase engine from auto focus with genuine k miles I have reg/book/etc here as proof.GRP4 alloy rad.Custom in stainless exhaust complete .Alloy tank /leccy pump.my number in dublin is if you want call text/whatsapp.

Tiger Sports Cars has new alloy bellhousings

1.8 CVH RWD sump and pickup pipe and 1.8 CVH flywheel from Zetec RWD escort .Maybe few other bits

Very little to finish it.It drives at monent(on handbrake only) but trying to finish brake piping this week.Anyway not to worry.thanks

Mk2 Aussie shell with 2.0 Zetec just fitted , mint body , running 2003 blacktop zetec, with genuine 54k ,t.belt kit just done, on No Diz Pro ecu and bike carbs and Dan St engineering inlet manifold..Recon type 9 , panhard rod and anti tramp bars just fitted, New lightened flywheel , new clutch, new Brise hi torq starter, new GRP4 alloy rad with leccy fan, braided hoses, new pedal box from GRP4, engine loom rewired professionnally, almost finished bar brake lines from pedal box to pipes etc.Custom built stainless up and over ex manifold with new full 2in stainless system.Awaiting Burton Billet type thermo housing and top rad hose. Evans waterless coolant ready to fit, Excellant shell with no panels needed as its all original 2 door. Was Aussie 1.6 crossflow. Also alloy tank and leccy fuel pump. Minilite type alloys.Discs on front but I have disc set up for rear (not fitted yet). Well worth the money.I spent over 18k EURO on it to date and I have all receipts to prove etc.Not cheapie Zetec conversion, proper job with Raceline Rail , very neat, just needs final push to finish.email; robert.maguire@eircom.net

Same here.Last resort only.Quality of mounts/alt bracket and water rail is crap ,in my opinion. My mate got Raceline rail and some other biuts from Tiger Sports Cars and its way better quality .I got mounts from RF and two of the bolt holes had to be elongated to line up and the alternator bracket is badly machined, does not line up the alternator correctly (I had to use washers to space out top bracket) and also the bracket is approx 20mm too short , which would cost nothing to make correctly.Also the top alt bracket where it fits to cylinder head/block needs a proper, maybe 13mm, spacer behind I bolt as the head is staggered holes(ie 1 hole is flat and 1 is raised) and the bracket itself has holes drilled approx 3/4 mm offset.I had to try to centralise the holes while making them larger.Crap (Tiger use Zetec engines also) G19 Engineering do excellant sump conversions. Tiger have most other bits really and Raceline Rail is the business!!

The breather box is in the block under ex manifold but PCV valve is on manifold..Thats on my Blacktop anyway.
