fraza91 Posted June 14, 2016 Report Posted June 14, 2016 Right, I am currently driving about in a Mk2 Ford Fiesta which I have just completed a zetec conversion running on bike carbs. Thought it was a sensible first project. Plus gave me the opportunity to drive an older Ford. I have now however hit the stage where I would like to own a car I have been dreaming of for many years; this being a Mk2 Ford Escort 2dr. So...to get myself prepared etc is there anything available out there? I would ideally be looking for something roadworthy, but doesn’t need to be concourse – gives me an excuse to do some work on it. As for a budget - I'm not entirely sure as having looked about some are really high in price and then you stumble across some fairly low priced examples. Look forward to hearing from you guys!
