need a little help here, been pulling my hair out all day

mk1 escort, 1973, with 2 speed heater fan

heater has a constant ignition live, and the switch either selects a direct earth, or an earth via a resistor depending on speed

the earth via the resistor is behind the clocks

the direct earth is taken from a spade terminal coming out of the dash loom around the left side of the heater, at the same point where the constant live and ignition live accessory wires come out

my question is, where the hell does the spade terminal plug into, I don't have a cigarette lighter on this model

I took it apart, but so long ago I don't remember what it connected to

my other one is a different loom, so no good looking at that
