Huge Posted July 3, 2020 Report Posted July 3, 2020 Please can anyone tell me what connections & hose I need to connect the 2 items in the photographs? Thanks Huge
theduck Posted July 3, 2020 Report Posted July 3, 2020 Top ones look like airline quick release fitings, from my (limited) experience they are standard other than there seems to be 2 different length of fittings. https://www.amazon.co.uk/bsp360-Set-Compressor-Quick-Coupler-Connector/dp/B01M8O7I4F/ref=asc_df_B01M8O7I4F/?tag=googshopuk-21&linkCode=df0&hvadid=389455173012&hvpos=&hvnetw=g&hvrand=3121078455170125489&hvpone=&hvptwo=&hvqmt=&hvdev=c&hvdvcmdl=&hvlocint=&hvlocphy=9045432&hvtargid=pla-834575496172&psc=1&tag=&ref=&adgrpid=79329977946&hvpone=&hvptwo=&hvadid=389455173012&hvpos=&hvnetw=g&hvrand=3121078455170125489&hvqmt=&hvdev=c&hvdvcmdl=&hvlocint=&hvlocphy=9045432&hvtargid=pla-834575496172 1
katana Posted July 3, 2020 Report Posted July 3, 2020 Do you mean connect from the compressor outlets (nice compressor btw!) to the silver piece held by the fingers? The latter looks like a push-loc fitting that normally takes a rigid plastic hose (6mm ?) this then could be inserted into a 6mm bore rubber hose that would fit a 1/4" hosetail adapter in the above link, That would then fit into the sprung compressor outlet? I'm assuming the press-loc fitting will be fitted into the bulkhead fitting of the red appliance? Use some PTFE tape or liquid PTFE pipe gel for that joint. 1
