Race modified MK1 cortina

Hello gang

I'm looking for your help 

Not too long ago I saw / read an article on a MK1 cortina that the owner has some unusual modifications on.

It had rectangular scoops under the front bumper an some other bits for aero and intake benefits, 

Everytime im behind a modern car, the rectangular exhaust trims remind me I'm looking for the article.

If memory serves me right ( rarely does) it was red and a written article 

Anyone have any idea?? 

I'm sure I didn't dream it.🤷🏻‍♂️
