What's an all steel Lotus Twincam engine worth these days?

Just trying to price up all my bits-got a virtual full race L block all steel dry sump Lotus with 45's, race clutch, ex manifold, sump tank pretty much ready to drop in. Bought it years ago from Cornish sprinter Terry Truscott who competed it very well and just been stored since.
