Precrossflow heater pipe differences

Hi all,

Flicking through Instagram looking at cars and see this guy's mk1 cortina,

but spot a heater hose going just under the thermostat housing.

Looking through his photos I see a port/spout there.

Mine hasn't got this, so is this a GT head or something?

yes its a GT head.the hose from there goes to one side off the standard webber inlet manifold.
