Obviously I haven't seen every kit for sale on ebay and there will be good and bad and they can look identical so, and certainly with brakes involved, i'd buy from a reputable 'bricks & mortar' type business that has been around for a while. You may pay more but the kit is more likely to work correctly or put right if a problem is encountered. With brakes that one problem can be terminal!

I've had two RS2000s with rear drums and my current RS2000 has a disc rear conversion with a bias pedal box. It was already fitted when I bought the car 10 years ago. 

My opinion, having had both, if it's being used on the road, then stick with drums. 

If you do decide to go down the disc route, then as Katana has said, go for a reputable kit. Also ask what original car model that the discs and pads are associated too. This makes it easier for future maintenance /repairs.
