Miniliteman Posted 2 hours ago Report Posted 2 hours ago Have a Ring Video-doorbell but for some reason that does not work with an older smartphone (Samsung Android) anymore. Only option was to get a newer phone, now have a Samsung with latest Android OS on it (13 or 14). Wanted to download the Ring App from the Playstore, but it doesn't. Error message is that there is no internet access. But I can use internet on the mobile, I can make calls etc. Cleared cache, there is stable wifi, just doesn't download the Ring App. Help!
